CoolTone
Get the workout of your life without lifting a single weight - using CoolTone. CoolTone uses magnetic muscle stimulation to contract your muscles more than 25,000 times during a 30-minute session! These rapid contractions feel like a great workout when you are done and can improve muscle strength and definition in the thighs, abs, or buttocks. Marina Medspa was one of the first practices in the country to use CoolTone as a treatment. We’ve found that this treatment can be particularly effective at helping mothers tighten their abs in the years following childbirth.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are among the most versatile tools our medspa providers have to reduce the visible signs of aging. Through proper injection, dermal fillers can add volume lost by aging, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, plump lips, and improve facial balance. Marina Medspa offers a wide range of dermal fillers, including the Restylane and Juvederm lines. We are also one of a select group of practices in the country to be approved for the RHA Collection, a long-lasting line of fillers only recently made available in the United States.
Wrinkle Relaxers
Wrinkle relaxers (also known as neurotoxins or neuromodulators) reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles by inhibiting the muscles that form them. These are known as “dynamic wrinkles” because they are created by the repeated contraction of muscles over time. Marina Medspa provides wrinkle relaxers such as Botox and Dysport. Our nurse injectors also serve as instructors for the companies that produce these treatments. They train other providers around the country on the best ways to properly administer wrinkle relaxers.
